Dining at Feudo means sitting down with family, in an atmosphere that skillfully blends the warmth of the past with contemporary elegance. Our land provides us with the raw ingredients that we transform into the dishes you will enjoy. In fact, Feudo Nobile is surrounded by 50 hectares of unspoiled countryside.
Here, we passionately cultivate olives, which yield an excellent extra virgin olive oil, and delicious table grapes. Furthermore, for our kitchen, we select only the finest local products: seasonal vegetables, cheeses from local shepherds.

A Tasting Journey Through History and Memory
This is not just a simple aperitif, but a captivating journey through the senses. The experience begins in the historic 19th-century wine press, a symbol of Sicilian wine culture.
Here, you will be guided through a tasting of select local wines, paired with regional specialties. Next, the tour continues to our historic oil mill for an olive oil tasting focused on its aromas. Finally, we’ll end on a sweet note with a traditional Sicilian treat.
